There are lot of Institutions, Centres & Universities in Govt. as well as private sector through out the country providing academic as well as Technical / Vocational training at different levels to the aspirants. It is a matter of pride that we live in a young country wherein there is a majority of youth and whole of the world is looking at us for assistance in every sphere of specialization. It gives me immense pleasure that we are here to put our obligations towards the contribution to train the aspirants for making the system to compete in the world of work in the latest technology. I have the reason to feel pride that being the Principal of ITI Dharamshala, I am here with my team mates to educate, train and make the trainees a good citizen so as the trainees may be able to improve the system at their parental as well as their future home. This way, by training a single candidate we are serving two objectives.

This is not only the merit of the candidate which pays him in the long run but his traits of soft skills and communication skill shall definitely make him the beacon.
